2 Please note that enquiries are only held until the date shown. If not confirmed with a deposit, they will become open to re-booking..
3 We will aim to answer your query within 24 hours, but please remember that if Richard and Patricia are away it may not be possible for them to get to an Internet connection.
4 Our response to e-mails takes precedence over other forms of communication though, of course, please feel free to telephone if it is best for you.
