We can offer an alternative to hotel life!
You do not have to worry about other guests and you have all the facilities to yourselves.
But, unlike most self catering properties, you pay only for the beds that are used, subject to our minimum, so no shows and last minute additions need not cause any problem.
We have plenty of experience to help you plan your activities, itineraries & arrange reduced entrance for a number of popular sites on your days out.
Our activity partners will help take the hassle out of your trip if you want to take part in the many outdoor activities available nearby and Richard can hep you plan your programme and help with weather forecasts and local knowledge.
If you have your own coach
Fuel: If you plan to tour with a coach during your stay, then please remind the driver that some fuel cards may be difficult to use locally. The only stop between Perth & Inverness is Ballinluig PH9 0LG (Tel:0(44)1796 482212) Please ask your driver to check as a few groups have had to reorganise their trips to take in a fuel stop.
Route:Also please note the section on satellite navigation & electronic maps to avoid an extra half an hour on your journey!
Parking-Nethy House:On arrival it is best to reverse into the car park at the side of Nethy House furthest from the bridge
Parking-Edinburgh: Coach parking bays are located on Regent Road and Johnston Terrace are operational between 8.30am and 6.30pm from Monday to Saturday
Dogs
We do not encourage dogs as they can easily be locked in rooms by mistake with a large group of people or just become stressed by the crowd!
However, it is up to the group leader and all we ask is that they are not allowed on the beds.
Also, it goes without saying that they are taken for walks away from the grounds and any accidents are cleared up both in and outside the house!
