Please do not ask us when we have the best weather! This is Scotland - we can have some lovely weather and as we are in the shadow of the Cairngorms, we enjoy one of the lowest average rainfalls in Britain - but do not count on it! I suggest that you look at the Strathspey Weather statistics and pick a time for yourself! Good Luck! It isn't easy is it! So just come prepared!

You can find out the conditions on both nearby wintersports areas and choose to nip 20 miles up the empty road or go 17 miles and up the mountain railway. (These links are only available during the winter season.)
