Nethy House

Nethy House has 25-65 beds. Single rooms to 6 person bunkrooms, give groups maximum flexibility. Every room has its own basin. Large dining and 2 sitting/games rooms allow groups to carry out indoor activities whether in separate groups or altogether. There is a big drying room and constant hot water.
There is a small area set aside for party leaders, with a round table for meetings, or just a bolt hole to get away from the group!

Nethy Station

Nethy Station offers basic 7-26 bed accommodation that gives you somewhere warm and comfortable to return to after a hard day in the 'hills' or even a gentle day touring the distilleries. A very popular property with stags and hens! A little more basic than Nethy House this still boasts a good sized drying room and a dining/sitting room. The sunny 'Waiting Room' provides a second lounge area.

We aim to provide good value accommodation that is suitable for all ages and types of group. There is so much to do in this area. The longer you stay, the more you'll find to do from arduous activities to just leisurely sightseeing!

Nethy Bridge is ideal for gentle walks and just 'chilling out'! The Speyside Way runs alongside our properties and the spectacular scenery of Badenoch & Strathspey brought the BBC to the area for the filming of their popular series 'Monarch of the Glen'.
Did you know that we are in the Cairngorms National Park, the first UK National Park to receive the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism?
Due to the good road network, and central location, much of Scotland can be reached in a day-trip. We are also half-way between two ski areas for a wide variety of winter activities.
Tennis courts (payment into an honesty box), a football field and play area are within a few hundred yards.
We have plenty of experience help you plan your activities, itineraries & arrange reduced entrance for a number of popular sites on your days out.

A Small Place for Leaders

We do have a wee corner with its own front door, shower room, sitting room and simple cooking facilities. Available for visiting 'dignitaries', coach drivers or group leaders & their partners.
